Following the structural change at MPP Group which started at the beginning of 2023 and reflects our significant growth and expansion in the past few years, we are excited to announce on the next operational stage .
Starting September 2023, our new entity MPP Group will operate as a holding company to our four brands, MPP, MCP, Polyraz and Benda. Our new headquarters will centralize all general management, financial, logistics and marketing operations, providing services and support to our brands and acting as the main point of contact for key accounts. This structural change comes on the heels of our M&A activity in recent years and as preparation for significant international growth which is planned in 2024-25. Furthermore, the new entity will allow our brands remain focused on developing innovative quality products that address market needs, and providing excellent service to our customers and partners.
You may have already noticed our new email signatures carrying our Group tagline Containing the Values of Food, which expresses our commitment to develop, produce and deliver best-in-class products that lock-in food values, keeping it fresh, appetizing, and nutritional, while extending its shelf-life and reducing waste. Those values are aligned with our long-lasting family-oriented approach, which we intend to maintain.
