We are pleased to inform that, MCP Performance Plastic Ltd. has been acquired by the MPP- group: Madaf-Plazit - Polyraz Plastic and Benda ACA Ltd.
As part of this change, MCP USA, North America has been acquired by Faerch-Plast, Denmark, and will not be part of MCP Israel. This change in ownership will not affect our daily operations with our customers.
The joining of the two companies: MCP and MPP, creates a synergy of knowledge and technology along with entry into new product segments, and will bring numerous benefits to our customers with a new technology and new products, among them:
- rCPET (Crystallized PET) Dual-Ovenable trays for ready meals
- PP (Polypropylene) trays for fresh meat
- PS / MLPS (Polystyrene/ Polystyrenemulti-layer ) for dairy cups and other applications
- High-barrier properties products based on: PP, EVOH, PE and for the fresh food industry
- PP, EVOH, PE and PS sheet rolls
Our policy and goal are to reduce every year the environmental impact and carbon footprint; we continue to improve the reduction of energy consumption by implementing innovative programs and innovative ideas and by using more and more recycled materials contented in our products.

אנו שמחים להודיעכם כי חברתנו, אמ.סי.פי פרפורמנס פלסטיק בע"מ, MCP ישראל, נרכשה על ידי קבוצת MPP - אריזות מדף פלזית אגש"ח בע"מ.
קבוצת MPP הינה יצרנית אריזות קשיחות לתעשיית המזון (גביעים ומגשים), בעיקר לתחום החלב והסלטים המצוננים וכן עוסקת בתחום ייצור יריעות Material Mono ויש לה שלושה אתרי ייצור בארץ.
כמו כן, הרינו להודיעכם כי פעילותה של חברתנו בצפון אמריקה, ובכלל זה חברת הבת שלנו, MCP ארה"ב (USA-MCP), נמכרו לחברת Faerch מדנמרק.
מכירת חברתנו לקבוצת MPP מאפשרת לשני התאגידים סינרגיה של ידע וטכנולוגיה לצד כניסה לסגמנטים של מוצרים חדשים, יכולת העמקת הפעילות בשווקים קיימים ופיתוח שווקים חדשים.
כגישה ניהולית וחלק מהאסטרטגיה העיסקית של MCP -MPP נקבעו יעדים ומטרות בנושא פיתוח מוצרים ברי קיימא אשר יצמצמו את טביעת הרגל הפחמנית של החברות בקבוצה. זאת לצד שילוב של חומרי גלם ממוחזרים בתהליכי הייצור.
חברת MCP ישראל הוקמה בשנת 1974 בקיבוץ המעפיל, ומעסיקה 150 עובדים. היא מתמחה בפיתוח וייצור אריזות קשיחות, בעיקר CPET ,לתעשיית המזון בשיטת התרמופורמינג ומוצריה מיוצאים למפעלי מזון ומפיצים ברחבי העולם.
קבוצת MPP נוסדה לפני כ-65שנים בקיבוץ גזית, ובעלת מספר אתרי ייצור בארץ: פולירז בקיבוץ מעוז חיים המייצר אריזות חכמות עם חסמות לאריזת מזון טרי, בנדע אגש"ח בקצרין המייצר כלים חד פעמיים ומדף פלזית בקיבוץ גזית המתמחה בייצור אריזות קשיחות לתעשיית המזון ומגוון פתרונות משלימים כגון עיטור אריזה: הדפסות ישירות עד 8 צבעים , מדבקות עיטור ושירוול מוצרים.
